struggling with weight loss despite trying everything?
What continues to blow my mind is that people are *still* out there giving 'one size fits all' advice...when we are anything BUT. As a Medical Intuitive & Diagnostician who has the ability to literally energetically see inside the body -- I can't even begin to describe how bio-individual we all are. For example - weight loss. You'll see countless influencer's touting that it's ... > this magical work out routine (bc it worked for their body) > counting calories or this diet or that (again bc it worked for their body) > and plenty of people sharing that its a stuck nervous system. However, when I intuitively look in the formula and patterning to allow true, sustainable weight loss ... it's never the same. 👀 We can't shout from the rooftop 'this is the way' when you aren't taking into account each person's specific past, limiting beliefs, emotional states, and the way they nourish and move their body. i agree with @Chelsea Z on not knowing how to correct the negative body image thoughts.. and just curious on what the actual emotional piece(s) is for me! i have my thoughts on what i *think* it could be, but so excited to listen in tomorrow see what i can learn and apply!

oh my gosh. 🤯 there have been soooo many times where i’ve walked away from a conversation (usually with my mom) and gone to myself, ‘why did i argue that? i don’t even like it/believe that.’ now it makes sense. 😂 i’m excited to have this info and start to notice where i’m being that strongly opinionated on things with my own children!
reflections&sleep
did anyone else sleep horribly last night after the q&a yesterday? got woken up by my little one at about 12:30, and then my brain decided to go through alllll the things that annoy me, like i could decipher all the reflections right then and there in the middle of the night. 🫠 i in fact, did NOT get them all worked out. 😂 might have to keep a little notebook by my bed so i can write things down and hopefully try work through them during the day, haha. but… with four littles, maybe that’s the only time i’d get a quiet moment to reflect? 🫣 but problems always seem bigger at night (i was verryyy annoyed with my husband and sister-in-law at about 1:30 🤣), but this morning the things don’t seem as irritating. sooo are my nighttime feelings more accurate/is that a better time to try find the reflection? or should i go with my level-headed morning thoughts, and find time in my day to work on things? 🤔

reflections??
would someone more experienced in intuition be able to help clarify a couple scenarios? i’m trying to understand how reflections work/when they’re actually reflections.. 1. watching someone else’s baby a few days a week.. this baby spits up (i’d honestly call it throwing up) CONSTANTLY. so that spitting up would be a reflection towards his parent, right? but if i’m feeling triggered (frustrated, angry at all the clothing changes - mine and his - and carpet cleaning and laundry), would him being in my ‘world’ while spitting up a lot be reflecting something back to me? or just toward the baby’s linked parent? 2. close relationships like with a spouse or sibling/best friend.. if i’m finding myself short/snarky/critical towards them, is that saying something about me? like their behavior is triggering me, so it is something in my energy field that is being reflected in their behavior? or is it something in their energy field that i am reflecting back to them? or is it both? thank you for helping me start to understand some of these big concepts better!

thank you, that helps a lot! i will spend some time writing down my feelings/reactions and see where it leads me. when i first heard ‘reflection’ i thought it seemed so simple and clarifying.. now it seems there is definitely some nuance to it. 🙃 i’m excited to keep diving in and learning more about myself!
