did anyone else sleep horribly last night after the q&a yesterday? got woken up by my little one at about 12:30, and then my brain decided to go through alllll the things that annoy me, like i could decipher all the reflections right then and there in the middle of the night. 🫠 i in fact, did NOT get them all worked out. 😂 might have to keep a little notebook by my bed so i can write things down and hopefully try work through them during the day, haha. but… with four littles, maybe that’s the only time i’d get a quiet moment to reflect? 🫣 but problems always seem bigger at night (i was verryyy annoyed with my husband and sister-in-law at about 1:30 🤣), but this morning the things don’t seem as irritating. sooo are my nighttime feelings more accurate/is that a better time to try find the reflection? or should i go with my level-headed morning thoughts, and find time in my day to work on things? 🤔
