Replaced our entire IT helpdesk with a WhatsApp bot — full architecture inside
Hey everyone, Just shipped something I've been building for weeks and wanted to share with this community. What I built: a full AI-powered IT support system running on WhatsApp Business API. Employees just message it and it handles everything automatically. The stack: - n8n (13 workflows, 140+ nodes) - Claude AI for intent classification - Supabase for conversation state + memory - Microsoft Graph API for room booking - Twilio for WhatsApp Business API - Odoo for helpdesk tickets Results: - Response time: hours → 3 seconds - Zero phone calls needed - 24/7 availability - 100/100 QA tests passing The hardest part wasn't the AI. It was building a state machine for 14 conversation contexts with no framework — pure logic. Also hit a nasty race condition with parallel Supabase writes. Happy to go deep on how I solved it if anyone's curious. Full architecture breakdown on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/essamkhalidmusameh_ai-bot-activity-7457277933372538880-KDqF What are you all building? 👇

@Essam Khalid thx for sharing
Building AI agency from scratch : Day : 3
Operator Logs — Day 3 (Build Breakdown) Documenting this because I was overcomplicating it before: Step 1: Niche FilteringInstead of guessing, I used 3 filters: - Urgency (do they need this now?) - Ability to pay - Repetitiveness of tasks This immediately removed a lot of “cool but useless” ideas. Step 2: Single Offer FocusDefined 1 core system:Lead → qualify → respond → follow-up No dashboards, no extra features. Step 3: Workflow Draft (not building yet)Mapped it like this: 1. Lead comes in (form / DM / email) 2. Input gets structured 3. AI generates response based on context 4. Auto-follow-up if no reply Still not perfect, but way clearer than yesterday. Big takeaway:Most people jump into tools too early. Clarity > tools. Tomorrow: actually building the first version of this workflow.

Headline: Starting from Scratch & Hungry to Build 🚀
Hey everyone! I’m joining the Society today starting completely from zero. I’ve been watching the content on Claude and Higgsfield, and I’m blown away by the 'Creative Agency' model Nate shared. I don’t have a tech background yet, but I have 4+ hours a day to dedicate to mastering these tools. My goal is to become a success story here and sign my first partner in the next 30-60 days. I'm starting Day 1 of the 7-Day Challenge right now. If anyone else is just starting out, let’s connect! And to the pros—if there’s any 'grunt work' or testing you need help with while I learn the ropes, my DMs are open. I'm here to provide value first. Let's get to work! 🛠️"

🏆Day 1 of 7 Days AIS
I learnt so much today how Claude Code automations are working how to setup a newsletter and this extremly fast. After i was done with the newsletter project i tried to do my own thing so I sat down and build my first LinkedIn Automation now every time when i ask for a new post it writes me a very good and interesting text with a good hook and open loops and generates me a matching image so I can make a linkedIn post in under 5 minutes. Thats insane!! Thanks Nate for sharing so much value :) #AISChallenge

@Tobias Wallner well done
👋 ⚰️Which AI tool did you fully ditch this year?
6 months in AI feels like 6 years anywhere else Tools that were genuinely the best option earlier this year are already replaced by something better. What's the one you used religiously that you've now completely abandoned? For me it was a couple of the early image generators I was loyal to such as Midjourney. Spent months learning their quirks and prompt styles. Then Higgsfield, Nano Banana 2 and ChatGPT Image 2 came along and I haven't opened the old ones in months Curious what's in your AI graveyard right now. Drop the tool below and what replaced it.
