Any tips for buying seafood? 🐟🦪
I have been wanting to try get some seafood after I had some really tasty salmon and tuna sashimi with fish eggs in a Japanese restaurant, but I'm not exactly sure what I should look for when buying seafood. Is getting wild-caught fish good enough to be safe? Some people say to freeze fish for 24 hours before eating it raw, but I don't think thats necessary and only destroys nutrients. And what about oysters too? Are any oysters fine to eat raw? There are oysters in a supermarket for less than a euro each, but then there are more expensive supposedly "better" oysters from a fish shop that cost several euro each, so I'm not sure what would be better. Any advice or experience people have with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Depends on where you live? Is the environment of the fish clean? If so it’s likely safe to eat raw but I’d still test a small bite and see how you feel.

@Anthony B Sounds clean, I’d give it a try. Stay safe bro
Spending more time in nature
In Australia it's now spring, we had a very cold winter so it was hard to go outside but it's getting hotter now. Trying to spend a few hours in nature everyday.

I made the same thing but in a large cup, it was hard to mix so I might do the same as you and get a bottle instead

@Tomáš Turner Cup was full a lot and there was just pieces of yolk it wasn’t mixing well. Would’ve been easier if I could just shake it in a bottle
First time eating fully raw meat

@Anthony B I actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would, later that day I had a full steak without cutting it and it tasted amazing. Went to the butcher shop earlier today and got some more steak and some ground beef so i’m definitely gonna eat more today

My Name is Oliver
I'm only just entering the primal community after being heavily influenced by people such as Marcus and Goatis. I was born and still live in Australia but have done some travel to Asia, mostly Singapore and China. I'm 17 years old. I have started my journey by eating mostly meat and dairy with some fruit but only lightly cooking the meat so it's still raw in the middle. I will start to eat strips of raw meat this weekend and post it here.

@Jirka Hrom I train even though I know it's bad for me, eventually I'll stop it just makes me feel good while I'm still very young. Hoping that changing my diet could help me get more muscle too
