Reminder: Strength Session At The Forge Next Tuesday
Quick reminder that next Tuesday’s workout will be at The Forge and it will be a strength and conditioning focused session, not our usual on field Elite Soccer Academy training. This is an optional (free) session to get an extra workout in & staying active for the Thanksgiving holiday week. Date 11/25/25 Time 6 to 7 p.m. Location The Forge Training Facility 968 Palomares Ave, La Verne, CA 91750 Who is this for This session is for committed players who want to improve their strength, power, and explosiveness, along with a bit of reaction and speed work. What to bring - Athletic sneakers (no cleats inside the gym) - Comfortable training clothes - Water bottle What to expect - Strength and power based exercises - Controlled, safe learning environment inside a private gym - Coaching on technique so players learn how to use the gym correctly for performance, not just to “lift weights” If your player is coming, comment “FORGE” under this post so I can get a head count and plan the layout.

Holiday Training Schedule Check In
Parents, many of your players are wrapping up their fall season. Some still have scrimmages. Some have light training. Some have nothing until January. I want to keep every player sharp through the next few weeks, not sliding backward because the season slowed down. I am planning to offer a few extra free sessions to help everyone stay consistent, but I need to know what your schedule looks like over the next couple of weeks. Please vote below and then comment your player’s exact schedule so I can plan the bonus sessions. Poll options 1. Still have full team training 2. Only scrimmages or light sessions 3. Season is done and off until January 4. Mixed schedule and changes week to week In the comments write • Your player’s availability on weekdays and weekends • Any travel days or holiday conflicts • If they want extra sessions during the break Your engagement here helps me build out a smart training plan for the whole group. The more I know, the more I can help your athlete stay sharp and confident through the holidays. Let’s stay consistent. Comment your schedule below.

Mini Homework Assignment For Anyone Who Missed Tonight’s Call
If you missed the coaching call, you still need to do this. Do not fall behind the players who actually showed up. This assignment is simple, but it will expose where you are weak and what needs to change going into 2026. Step 1: Make Your Copy Click the link below. It will create your own version of the homework doc. Fill it out with real honesty. No fake answers just to get it done. 👉 Homework Assignment If you rush it, it will show. Take it seriously. Step 2: Post Your Target Below After you finish the doc, comment on this post and fill in this sentence: “The number one thing I am targeting to improve in 2025 is ______.” Do not say “get better overall.” Do not say “work harder.” Those answers mean nothing. If you are not specific, you will stay stuck. Here are examples of real goals that actually move your game forward: • First touch under pressure • Speed in transition • Consistency with training • Confidence in 1v1 moments • Balance and strength when shielding • Shooting accuracy in real game situations • Decision making when the field gets crowded Pick the weakness that you know has been holding you back. Why This Matters If you cannot be honest with yourself, you cannot grow. Players who stay vague stay average. Players who get clear make progress. This assignment tells me exactly where you want to improve, and it shows me who is actually serious about leveling up in the new year. Drop Your One Thing Below Once you complete the doc, post your answer in the comments. I will be checking every reply and I expect real effort from you.

The number one thing I am targeting to improve in 2025 is my finishing in real game scenarios
🌟 Player Spotlight: Oliver’s MLS Academy Trial!
Community, We’ve got some exciting news to celebrate. One of our own, @Oliver Canales , has earned the opportunity to attend an MLS academy trial with Golden State this Tuesday and Wednesday. We have been preparing him for this moment for a while now, and it’s amazing to see his hard work, focus, and dedication pay off. I’ve had the privilege of coaching Oliver closely over the past several months, and I can confidently say he is ready to take his game to the next level. His consistency, discipline, and hunger to improve have been outstanding. I believe he’s going to make a strong impact at this trial. Let’s show him what this community is all about. Drop a comment below to wish him luck, cheer him on, and remind him that the entire Elite Soccer Academy family is behind him. We rise together, we compete together, and we celebrate each other’s success. Let’s go, Oliver! 💪⚽️🔥 — Coach Jessie Elite Soccer Academy 24
