Sports massage
Anyone got any recommendations on remedial or sports massage joints in Melbourne? Ideally St Kilda/Port Melbourne area? My legs are starting to feel it from new running load and the spiky ball only gets you so far.

Hey Team! For many winter is rolling in. It was cold, wet and windy in Husky on Friday but cleared nicely for the weekend, albiet no swimming at all down there. The arm warmers are returning for some. For others.....the heat prep pushes on with Ironman Vietnam coming in hot. Let's set up some topics to talk through this week. Couple of things - what kickr trainer should I get off marketplace and do they all track power? Or do you need pedals. Also - tt bike or roadie on the trainer? I want to be able to get up and dance on some of these intervals….
