Week 10 Day 7 Today I decided to do another training session in the pool for 1 hour. Swim-dive in a mask with a snorkel 30 sec - 30 sec 10 minutes Inhale - (stop - swim (all underwater)) - rest 30 sec 10-50 / 20-40 / 30-30 / 40-20 / 50-10 / 60-0 and in reverse order Breathing through the nose and diving under water with dynamics the last 30 sec: 2:48, 3:04 and 3:13 At the end, light dives for 2 minutes. Sauna and rest. Have a nice day everyone.

@Tina Mosner It is recommended to go to the sauna once a week. Usually it is for an hour, 2-3 visits for 10-15 minutes in the steam room. After training, I go once for 10-15 minutes to warm up and relax the muscles and open the pores to cleanse the body. This helps to relax and unwind.

Week 9 Day 7 Today I decided to do exercises on holding with dynamics outside during a walk. I sat by the sea and did 8*50 sec with one exhalation-inhalation between approaches. I breathed for 5 minutes with slow breathing inhale-5 sec - exhale-25. I walked 3 km at an average pace doing exercises on the move for 5 minutes in 2 approaches. Square breathing (in steps) 5-10-10-10 Inhale -20 steps -exhale-inhale-30 steps-exhale-inhale-40 steps-exhale-inhale-30 steps...20...30...40... Rest - inhale - 30 sec holding - Rest 30 sec - inhale - 30 sec holding -... My chest still hurts, so it is not comfortable to take a full breath. Have a good rest everyone.

@Ilaria Piccinini The psychological attitude is important, you need to breathe slowly to relax and reduce the pulse rate. Slow inhale 5-6 sec - hold 1-2 sec - slow exhale 10-12 sec - hold 1-2 sec. You need to find a comfortable rhythm for you, the main thing is that the exhale is 2 times longer than the inhale. And try to smile more and do not think about time.๐Ÿ™‚
