Next Career Step
Just wanted to share a little about what I do for anyone in the community who might be navigating their next career step. Alongside working with professionals at different stages, I also write and refine resumes for fresh graduates, especially those trying to translate school projects, internships, and early experience into something clear and confident on paper. I enjoy helping people communicate their strengths in a way that feels authentic, whether they’re just starting out or transitioning into a new field. Happy to contribute wherever I can.

@Lucy Wills That’s really meaningful work helping people translate early experience into something that actually reflects their potential is such a valuable skill. It’s awesome that you’re supporting people at different stages of their careers and making the process feel more authentic and confidence-building. What part of working with graduates or career-changers do you find the most fulfilling?

@Lucy Wills That’s incredible helping someone shift from doubt to genuinely believing in their own value is a powerful kind of impact. And the fact that you guide them through the entire process so they never feel alone says a lot about how deeply you care about their success. Out of all the people you’ve helped across different regions, is there a particular transformation or story that stuck with you the most?
I need your help
Hi guys, One of my client prospects wanted to pay based on commission (coach service) and he didn't want to give me his social media account, so I had to use my own account to get leads and he didn't want me to give him my social media account either helping him in executing social media strategy. What do you think?

@Ervina Meilani Thanks for sharing that’s definitely a tricky situation. If I understand correctly, your client wants to work on a commission basis but doesn’t want to share access to his social media accounts, and also doesn’t want you to share yours, even though you’re supposed to execute his social media strategy. That sounds like it could make things complicated in terms of transparency and tracking results. How are you planning to handle communication and performance tracking in this setup? Are you considering setting up a separate account just for his campaigns?

@Quam Animashaun Hey, welcome! Always great to meet new people here. What are you hoping to connect or learn about?
Love the energy in that post
Love the energy in that post! There's something so satisfying about that moment when everything clicks into place. You can put in all the hard work and grind, but when that sale closes, it’s like a rush of adrenaline. I think for most people, it’s a mix of excitement and relief — like, “finally!” Whether it’s a little fist pump or a quick victory dance, that moment feels like pure validation. For me, I’d probably be doing the quiet “Yes!” to myself first, then maybe throw in a little celebratory fist bump if no one’s around. What’s your go-to reaction when you close a deal? Do you have a signature victory move or is it more of a "let’s keep it professional" vibe?

@Thomas Dubois It’s really nice meeting you too. How are you doing? So far the community has been great on my end everyone’s been welcoming. How about you? What’s your experience been like? Are you settling in, or still exploring things? I’d love to hear more about how it’s going for you?

@William D. Allerd Haha I get that! That quiet little “yes” moment hits on a whole different level. 😂 It’s like a personal victory celebration. What usually gets you doing that little fist pump something big, or even the small wins too?
