Anyone else feeling a bit of a “hangover” after the workshop? It was like drinking 100 proof business wisdom straight from a firehouse and we are implementing a lot immediately but also feeling like “fuck… there is so much to do” 😂 We are preparing for our VAM day in July, we wanna get what we can done before then so we can come strong. But it’s a rollercoaster and right now feeling like I’m in the emotional “drop”
That is a totally fair feeling. What did you identify as the bottleneck in your business? And how are you working about solving it before the workshop in July?
@Ryan Roi it’s good that you get such great results that people save money! I know the exact system you sell and love it. What kinds of things are you going to implement to keep the sales team better accountable?
What did you go to the event for and what was one of the biggest take aways you got from the event? I’ll go first: I was curious about the highest leverage tasks that a business owner can work on to be able to grow and scale companies. My biggest take away was to find a profitable market is: # of units sold x (LTV - competition).
