I’ve been struggling with my niche. Stressed out moms wasn’t “nichey” enough 😅 I rather impulsively posted a give post in a PMDD fb support group I’m apart of. As a nurse, health Coach, and woman who lives with PMDD, I feel I definitely have lots to offer. Over the past year, I’ve been working as a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, helping women reconnect with their energy, their bodies, and themselves. Now, as a Board-Certified Holistic Nurse, I’m narrowing my focus into something deeply personal to me… ✨ PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) This isn’t just something I study — it’s something I live. I know what it feels like to lose yourself every month… to feel powerful one week and completely depleted the next. And I also know there’s another way to move through it.
