Weighted-ball workout
I got a new weighted-ball last week, but I don't know how to use it. Like, should I do the same drills as the normal basketball or something else? And should I work firstly with the weighted one and then with the classic one?

Game doesn't transfer into game
Hi. Recently, I've been doing a lot of form shootings and balls handling warm-ups and it works. However, when I workout with my team I lose to much the ball and they never pass it to, even if I'm open too. So I get nervous and I start to play my worst. Any advice?

Hello I need your help , i train upper body and legs and plyos 2 days and rest for 1 and repeat. Is it good I eat 130g proteine I weigh 75kg im 185cm any advices to gain muscle and to increase my vertical jump ? Btw im 15 YO
