This is just an incredible community, it has helped me regain strength and mobility after TKR Surgery. The commitment and dedication the owner Josh Trevorrow gives us is second to none. Josh has helped me change my life. A few weeks after my op I thought I'd never feel normal again, but Joshs expertise in advising what movements to do to rehabilitate my knee whist "meeting myself where I'm at" has been superb. The community are kind and compassionate and you feel you are with your own kind.
