Hey all, Just wondering if anyone has prompts they like to use for beta reading with AI ?

Ok so my moving situation is different than most - see we bought a “turn-key” place which is awesome right? In some ways yes - lots of stuff stays so I don’t have to move it But we also still have the condo and switching stuff isn’t going as quickly as I thought We just got internet Friday at 5pm (it was supposed to be between 8-10am) The desk isn’t set up (I’m hoping maybe tomorrow) so I haven’t brought my desktop over which is all disconnected So of course I’m behind in my editing world. NC stuff IS coming - I can’t record on my laptop because it just doesn’t work very well as it’s not stable (my lap moves as Bugsy jumps everywhere - plus ok he’s confused with all the packing so he’s barking at everything) I’m slow but I am getting there! If my desk doesn’t get setup in the next day or so I will need to postpone the AG class (don’t shoot me yet) by a few days to a week tops. I’ll know this tomorrow 💗 but I’m giving you a heads up just in case. Please no rotten tomatoes just yet… 😉

Hey guys - I’m in the new house waiting for the internet people to show up. So I’m not as fast answering - but I’ll get there!!! It’s weird living in 2 places at once - figuring out what to do but I’m excited about it all. Now off to find a desk and clean up I’m also trying to figure out why there are 4 extra chairs in the house that don’t match anything (yes we bought it furnished so it’s a strange mix at the moment of what to keep and what not to)

Hey gang! I'm still watching the novelcrafter video tutorial ( Dana , Bugsty needs more screen time please 😍 ) I've gotten to the part where we need an API key , whixh i habe no idea how ro get but , I do have a subscription to gemini and chat already and I saw a tab that says " import chats" is this.for chats had outside of novelcfrafter ? Like the one I am having right now with chat? If so , does it read the whole.chat.amd then writes accordingly? ( what's the point of chatting woth AI in novel crafter anyways? Especially if.the codex part is manual? )

I'm excited about this one because I honestly think that Novelcrafter help me keep stories straight - especially across series. This is book 3 of this series and because I have all the pieces put in place - and the prompts already set up - I can just run with this. We will be discussing a mix of using the codex and outlines you may have gotten from me, also brainstorming inside Chat (this is MY personal preference - if you like Claude all the same things will apply) to build your world and import it. Then we will learn HOW TO customize prompts to get you started and figuring out how to do all the basics. There are a LOT of things inside NC I do not use - so this is an ESSENTIALS class - and honestly - I have close to 100 books in here and haven't used all the features because I use what works for me - and it's minimalistic and straight-forward.
