Today marks my two months of doing consecutive somatic practices, I feel much better than before. Despite how I deal with my emotions and reactions in life's hard situations but the comeback and the realization part that comes when I am calm that I’m just a human who is learning to become a better version of myself, and I apply everything I remember from the practices, advice, recommendations that I learned from Coach Teresa and the kind members. So grateful for this community.
