Fasting? I started 24 - 36 hour fasting once a week since 2020 and 3 day fasting once a month. I did 5-day fasting twice. It was hard at first and the 1st day, but 2nd and 3rd day are easier. The practice of fasting is to reset the body, boost the immune system, not for lose weight, although it must be good for that. This year I changed the practice to 1 meal per day, just dinner. Coffee in the morning and a protein drink after the exercise. Now I plan to go back to once a week fasting and still a meal a day with some snacks between.
