Hi, I’m Kristy from Brisbane, QLD 🇦🇺. With my kids now grown and finding their independence, I’m stepping into a new chapter — one that’s just for me. I’ve always felt there’s more to who I am and lately, I’ve been drawn to explore peace, purpose, and deeper connection. I grew up Christian but have been out of touch with my faith for a long time. Something about this space feels like it could be what I’ve been searching for.

I am 67 and I train but this muscle is not strength or power…that is my true goal
