What’s up everyone? 🔥 Let’s talk about the foundation of scaling an online coaching business, and I don’t care if you’re a fitness coach, business consultant, mindset educator, or marketing expert, this applies to all of you. Day 1 starts with one word: clarity. If you don’t know who you’re speaking to, nothing you post will matter. You have to figure out your ideal avatar: the exact person your content, offer, and message are meant for. This is where most people screw up. They stay too broad. You can’t help “everyone.” You help someone specific. That’s what we mean by niching down. 👉 Instead of saying “I help people lose weight,” say “I help moms lose baby weight postpartum.” 👉 Instead of “I help athletes perform better,” say “I help wrestlers cut weight safely without losing strength.” Your “I help” statement needs to be crystal clear. If a stranger can’t look at your bio and instantly understand who you help and how, you’re already cooked. Once that’s locked in, every single piece of content you post should speak directly to that person.Their pain points. Their goals, frustrations, and desires. If your ideal client doesn’t feel like you’re inside their head when you talk, you’re too generic.
