I need assistance with this. How do I get started? How do I get followers?

I run wrestling page called oliwillpinit and we have been consistent for the last month or so posting 2-3 times a day making a ton of short form content. My issue is my son is only 6 and he’s the star of the page so I find it hard to make long form content. I’ve tried making longer content but it just doesn’t perform the same, Any ideas. Btw shout out to Mugzy and all his info he shares, last 30 days has been insane. 2.13 million views and 1 million accounts reached and about 1000 new followers.

I’ve consistently been posting for a couple of months and I barely have any new followers. Can anyone check my pages and see what I need to do?
