Wonderful way to get ongoing support on my fitness journey, receive personalized feedback and guidance, regular accountability and community, as well as motivation from seeing the crazy results some of the others in the community have been able to achieve. For years I did my training in a vacuum without much external feedback at all, and it’s much more useful for me to be in dialogue with others, make explicit the actual training I’m doing week to week and have access to live Q and As.
