All this "you're doing great" is actually offputting
One the one hand, it's nice to have encouragement sent my way. On the other, it sort of feels like being on a sports team and getting a prize just for showing up. Maybe this is another aspect of my ADHD, but how do we distinguish between folks who only just show up and folks who engage with the work? Maybe it's the way I've been trained. I remember back in school I had teachers who did not hand out A's easily or frequently, so that if you got an A you knew you really deserved it. Maybe I just don't understand this aspect of the program, so I would very much appreciate anyone who can explain this aspect. Maybe instead of saying "you're doing great" anyone so moved could say, "nice post", or "nice that you completed all of the assignments". In other words, a recognition of something specific I said or did, rather than a mushy "you're doing great". Because that feels like getting a prize for just showing up. Thanks.
To get an official diagnosis, or not. I chose not.
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck... Over ten years ago I went through a long series of tests, bloodwork, examinations, all to conclude that I had lupus. Some may know that often lupus is a diagnosis of last resort, meaning that if doctors cannot find any other reason for why you feel like crap, and you lack (blessedly) the telltale butterfly mark over your nose, and you have chest pain (it was pericarditis) but your heart is fine (again, blessedly), then it must be lupus. In the same way I *could* spend the money and time to get officially diagnosed with ADHD, but like I said, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck. Also, I'm old, retired, so it's not like I would function better at work or school. I joined the 4th cohort, because I want to spend my last years with intention, success, fulfillment, and even influence. Decades ago someone told me, it's not how you start, it's how you finish. So I'm going with that.
Green line indicating completion of class hasn't moved
I can't locate the the Blueprint. I completed all of the classes and received my final AI Jim's Twin report.
No surprises
The good thing I do is a definite morning routine, takes less than 10 minutes but its a reliable start to the day. Then the day gets mushy, lacking purpose, drive, accomplishment. I think it's a big deal when I pay the rent, do laundry, wash dishes. I'm pretty sure I'm capable of more, but the road from here to there isn't apparent.

@Elena Soloviev it the AI bot/agent (not sure of the proper title) that asked the 3 questions at the end of every video, and also gave the concluding report. Very insightful.

@Elena Soloviev the fact that I completed them.
COLD SHOWER 🚿
Who else can't bring themselves to do the cold shower. I'm a big wuss when it comes to cold water. I want to but I just can't. 🥶

When I was a kid my family belonged to a swim club. The pool wasn't heated, and it was in PA, so the water was always cold. Funny, but after the first few minutes the water didn't feel so cold, in fact it was pretty comfortable. I only knew it was cold when my lips and fingernails turned purple. But that was me, not you. If cold water just isn't your thing, maybe try cooler water, but start out with hot, so the cooler temp is refreshing but not shocking. Or, maybe try something else to get a similar result. The thing about a cold shower is that it's basically free and you can do it from the comfort of your own home.
