Gallabox Integration
Hello when we write all the inputs into gallabox integration as mentioned in the screenshot I get unAuthorised Access when Testing it Support team member says we need a default messages into template in gallabox In this case that message is also there Can you tell me more about how to define this default message in gallabaox? In this case I have only one template in the section

Ticket Generation
We have configured Microsoft 365 into inbound mail configuration with all prerequisites, as trying to check with ticket generation by sending a mail from gmail user. The result is negative, as no ticket generating, as mail came on mailbox.

@Maulik Nathani sir , Please ,find below the document to setup the Microsoft Inbound Email (M365) and make sure this setup must be done with Micorsoft Admin center account and if any assist you needed do let me know.

@Suresh Suryavanshi Please do add the permission if it not yet added. Log in to your Gallabox account. Go to https://app.gallabox.com/apikey. Click the gear icon to edit permissions.(find below action) Make sure all of the following permissions are checked: 1.Api key 2.Message 3.TemplateMessage 4.Webhook Save your changes
