The replay is live — "Staying Positive When You Have A Medical Condition"
Thank you. Members of this club did something rare on the internet. You shared real stories. Real fear. Real fatigue. Real moments of "I don't know if I can do this anymore." And other members held those stories — without judgement, without rushing to fix, without scrolling past. That is what we're building here. And it only works because of you. The full recording is now in the Webinars section of the club. Watch it. Then watch it again — some of it lands harder on the second listen. What Dr Sakshi covered: - The numbers no one tells you — 1 in 4 CKD patients live with depression, 60% never tell anyone - Why the mind is a kidney organ — the body↔mind loop, in both directions - Four coping practices that actually move outcomes - The lifestyle four — sleep, movement, sunlight, connection - Diet and the gut–brain link - When medicine helps — and why sertraline is safe in CKD 👉 Three things I'm asking you to do this week: 1. Watch the replay. Even if you joined live. Bring a notebook. 2. Pick one habit — sleep, walking, sunlight, or one real conversation a day — and commit to it for 7 days. Drop your pick in the comments below so the rest of us can cheer you on. 3. Share it with someone you love who is struggling silently. The 60% who never tell anyone — they're in our families. Be the person they finally tell. And to the members who shared their stories last night — you made it safer for the next person to share. That is its own kind of medicine. @Dr Sakshi Anand will run a mental-health session here from now on every 2 weeks. Next one in 2 weeks. Drop your questions for her below — we'll build the next agenda from them.

Track Your Creatinine Like a Doctor
Most people panic when they see one creatinine value. But the truth is —one number doesn’t matter. The trend matters. That’s why I’ve created a Creatinine Trend Tracker for you. It helps you: - See your values as a graph (not random numbers) - Understand if your trend is stable, fluctuating, or rising - Avoid unnecessary panic from small changes How it works You simply: 1. Enter your creatinine values with dates 2. The graph updates automatically 3. You get a simple traffic light result When do you get access? This tool will unlock on Day 10 of the10 Day Kidney Health Challenge. By then, you’ll understand: - What creatinine actually means - What affects it - What to track So when you use this tool, it actually makes sense. What to do now Start the 10 Day Kidney Health Challenge

This Friday 1 pm : Your Plate, Your Stage of Kidney Disease
Big one this week. I'm bringing @Upma Bhatia (renal dietician) back for our second webinar — and this time we're going deep on what to eat at every stage of CKD and how to prevent CKD through diet. Two members @Anisha Marwha and @Preeti Hajela from our community have volunteered to share their actual lab numbers. We will build their plate, live, on the call. Inside the session: - The three minerals every kidney patient must master — potassium, phosphorus, and salt - Why your stage of CKD writes your plate (CKD 2 is not CKD 4) - The biggest hidden phosphorus trap most patients miss - Why "low salt" salt-substitutes can be dangerous in CKD 4–5 - A live walk-through of three real plates — No CKD, CKD Stage 2, CKD Stage 4 Aligned with the latest KDIGO 2024 + KDOQI nutrition guidance. 🗓️ Friday — see calendar for time - 1 PM IST ( 930 am European Time , 830 am UK Time) Live in this Skool group (replay posted same next day ) Bring your most recent lab report. We'll answer questions live in the chat. A massive thank you to the two patient volunteers — your courage helps the whole community learn. Link : https://www.skool.com/live/LVW3BszCLYy
