What a challenge! The day that is... But, I'm glad to report it didn't affect my Healthy Temple Challenge. I'm getting adjusted to the routine. Falling off the wagon is one thing, but when you get back on and are moving in the right direction, that is major. I feel good! Praise God for my rebounder. It's been great. I put my music on and go.
