Lipo-C Burn
Are you feeling a burn when you inject Lipo-C? In my experience it's worth the pain but there are a few things you can do to minimize the sensation. The upper side of the outer leg for me is the best injection spot. Icing the area before and after injection will help a lot, the burn goes away quickly. I typically do half the syringe in one leg and the other half in the other leg to even out the burn😄

For those who have been taking this, what is the upside? Is it helping yo lose weight, have more energy? Just curious what your experiences are.

@Diane Shephard I wish I had seen this. I've been struggling with my switch from Tirz to Reta. I stopped Tirz (I was on a a 10 mg dose), and then a week and a half later I started Reta at 2 mg. I've been pretty snacky and my weight has gone up. I'm wondering if I should take a small dose of Tirz next time with my reta? I still have lots of Tirz left.

I was on Tirzepatide for 4 years. On and off. Recently, after putting on some weight, I was back up to 10 mg/weekly of tirzepatide. I took a week long break and have now switched to retatrutide. I took 2 mg last Monday. Haven't had any side effects, but my weight is still inching up. Not sure what my dose should be. Should I take another 2 mg half way through the week? Maybe I'll wait till Monday again and this time take 1.5 at the beginning of the week and 1.5 after 4 days? Has anyone else switched from a relatively high dose of tirzepatide to reta?

I have a question: I received the 30-mg retatrutide vial. The instructions say 2 mL BAC , but that give me a 15 mg/ml concentration. I prefer the 10 mg/ml concentration because the math is easier. Also, I'd like to start at a low dose. Is it okay to reconstitute my 30-mg vial with 3 mL instead, or do I need to use exactly 2 mL?

I'm curious, if I've been on tirzepatide for a few years (taking between 5 and 7 units a week) and I'm switching to retaglutide, his much reta should I start out with?

Still fighting the aftereffects of cancer. Mad that the treatment seemed to age me 20 years.I'm slowly fighting back trying to get those years back.
