Do we need to aid our sadness? 🥹
When we are not feeling our best personally or professionally do you feel a need to release it, process it or aid it? These approaches may seem similar, to me there is a difference. Frustration at work can be released at the gym or a venting session. Processing it can be done independently to evaluate why we feel that way. Aiding it can be a form or healing from an emotional wound. How do you overcome the unpleasant feelings that can keep you stuck?
