“I Love you”
Question: Anyone else have a “term of endearment” they find triggering??? That phrase has become a trigger for me. I think it always was, but the recent overuse/abuse- directed at me- has put it in the spotlight. Logically: It’s stupid. States the obvious- we are Love. The only thing that isn’t a choice, cuz it’s our “Source.” Saying it is redundant. “I Like you,” would be far more powerful to me. Personally, my mom used it for control. My kids dad for manipulation & my “TF” for a hook. The last 2 used it so much, I hear it in the baby’s voice from family guy. Love isn’t an option. It’s the source. It’s as much a part of “Us” as our species & this planet. Separation isn’t an option. You can choose to reject it, disassociate from it, hide, control, run- whatever “pattern” tickles your fancy. Wherever you go: There you are, Love. “Love you more,” is not an option either. There is no “more” in infinity. To believe there’s “more” makes Love conditional. I now tell my kids, “I more than Love you” & a series of other endearing terms. They had the same influences abusing it- curious where it landed in their nervous system. Asking the question (above) cuz it occurred to me that name calling & body shaming clearly is triggering. But now, I’m seeing how grooming & manipulation is coerced thru “Love bombing” & wondering if anyone else is feeling it.

Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself💕
After I shared my last post about books, one of you recommended Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Joe Dispenza. I realized that I had actually bought this book last year, but I never got around to reading it. Since this morning, I've read about 30 pages, and so far, I think it's an incredible book. It's about quantum physics, and scientific concepts related to the law of attraction. I definitely recommend giving it a read🪄🔮

@Spring R hehe, yeh I felt he was a bit dry and heartless, but I’m liking his meditations
confusing
im sorry if you have heard this story before, but im still confused. i have a friend who is male, and we get along really well. He's always there for me etc and listens, but never shares anything with me. I mean when I ask what he has been doing, i get no answer, but i will share everything i've been doing and who i met, everything. I feel its a control thing from him, but others may say thats his personality. I have said just last week, 'how come you don't share anything, you just deflect when i ask a question'? he said he's very private. But it feels unfair and unbalanced. He knows everything i think, feel and do, but i know nothing about him. The reason im still friends with him is we can talk about spiritual things, and he's sensitive, and will be there for me if i need someone to talk to etc. I also like listening though, so it just feels confusing. Last time he called, i shared nothing, i mirrored how he is, and i feel very closed now towards him. if anyone can read this situation please let me know. thanks

I'd love to know which books you've found most interesting in the field of spirituality? For me, Becoming Supernatural, The Power of Now, Autobiography of a Yogi, and Journey of Souls had a profound impact. Carl Jung's books also played an important role in shaping the way I see the world.
