What's One Thing You're Stuck On?
What's ONE thing you're currently stuck on in your business or with AI? Drop your answer in the comments with just one sentence. Chances are, if you're facing that challenge, someone else in the community is too. Let's solve it together! 👇
@John Jordan John, that’s a great use case. Getting KW Command, HeyGen, Canva, Make, and ChatGPT working together could take a ton of manual work off your plate. This is exactly the kind of practical AI + automation workflow we dig into in Shoney’s Webinars. You should join us for one of the upcoming session, I think you’d get some ideas you can put to work right away!
@Jimmy Chickey Jimmy, appreciate you sharing that workaround! Using Claude with Chrome to bridge the gap with Command is an interesting approach. We’ve been exploring these kinds of real-world AI workflows in Shoney’s Webinars too, especially how to make AI and automation actually useful in your day-to-day business. Would love to have you join an upcoming session and bring your experience to the conversation! 🙌
Claude Skills 2.0 ⚡
Claude just leveled up our entire strategy with its new Agent Skills feature, and it is a massive shift for how we operate. Instead of just typing prompts and copy-pasting answers, you can now literally teach Claude your exact Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). By leveraging its new computer use capabilities, you can essentially let it "watch" you work and build repeatable systems based on your exact actions. Think about what this means for your daily operations. Your workflows get streamlined instantly—as if you just hired a hyper-efficient personal assistant who sits right next to you, ready to execute your processes without dropping the ball. We are diving into the exact details of how to set this up and deploy it in your business today at 1:00 PM MT inside the AI Systems Lab. If you are not yet in the AI Systems Lab group but want to jump in and see this in action, text me and I’ll get you the details for this afternoon’s session. 385-207-9189 Let's build! 🚀

@Dalesse Bowles Oh wow, that's good to know! Thanks for the heads-up, you probably just saved a lot of people from getting the same surprise. 😅
How Do You Learn New AI Tools?
Quick question for everyone. When you're learning a new AI tool, do you prefer watching a tutorial first, or do you just open it and start clicking around? I'm a click-around person. Sometimes that costs me an hour figuring out something a 5-minute video would have shown me. But I also feel like I learn the tool better that way. What's your approach?

@Jared Proctor That's a smart approach. It's funny how the tool itself is often the best teacher. I usually forget I can just ask it where to start. 😄 Have you found any AI that's especially good at onboarding you to new tools?

@Mary Sutton I like that approach! Getting the overview from AI first and then watching a tutorial makes a lot of sense. We've been lucky to have Shoney teaching AI specifically for real estate too, so that's become one of my go-to resources. Have any of his trainings stood out to you?
The SOP Nobody Wants to Write
Every team has those processes that live in someone's head. "How do we onboard a new client?" "What's the listing launch checklist?" Nobody wants to sit down and document them. I started recording a quick call with my team lead where he walks me through the process. Then I drop the transcript into Claude and ask it to turn it into a clean, numbered SOP. Last month I documented 6 processes this way. Each one took maybe 20 minutes instead of the 2 hours it would've taken to write from scratch. If you're running a team and nothing is documented, this is where I'd start.

@Mary Sutton I love this, Mary. It sounds like you've built a system that actually works for you instead of trying to force everything into one giant conversation. I think what you're noticing is that Claude has gotten much better at handling context, especially if you're using Projects with project knowledge. But I still like keeping my finalized docs in one place (like Notion or Google Docs) just in case. Those "living documents" become such a huge asset over time. It's amazing how much faster you can build when you're not starting from scratch every time.
Morning AI Routine
I'm curious what everyone's morning routine looks like with AI. Mine: I open Claude and ask it to summarize anything I need to follow up on from yesterday. I'm an executive assistant, so I have it draft my priority list for the day. Takes about 10 minutes. Then I'm able to start working instead of spending 20 minutes drifting. Small thing, but it changed how my mornings feel. What's the first thing you do with AI when you sit down to work?

@Mary Sutton That's awesome! I love how a simple trigger like "BUEN DIA" can kick off a personalized daily briefing. Such a great way to start the day! 👏
