This group has been so helpful for my strengthening! I previously used a program that was too focused on handholding, caution and illness. Brandon is great at meeting you where you are and honoring your pace while empowering you to find what does and doesn’t work for your body. He helps you understand rather than limit your body. My programs have helped me feel more confident and independent in the gym and he’s helped with other lingering symptoms with adjustments & stretches over chat.
