Hey there, My name is Nicole, Dutch born but Spanish resident since 2002. I am a biodanza therapist, with a lot of focus on the transcendence and subtle world, a visual artist and a BDSM facilitator with mostly offline experience. Altered mindspaces is where the cake is, and I find this comes through so many forms. I have never formally trained in hypnosis but guided a lot of people in and out of trance. I've been looking to get proper training to go from intuitive to educated sessions (without going directly to the Eriksonian types)

@Asha Hope biodanza is a system created of self-development in the late 1970's, using music, movement and the integration of the other participants, to create positive feelings that allows deepend awareness to surface. For me it has been THE path to bypass my ever so present monkey-mind and allow myself to hear that softer spoken inner voice. It's based on weekly practice and commitment to go deeper at every session. It uses the word "vivencia" for being so much in the "here and now" during these sessions that experienced participants often don't recall what dances have been done one week to another.
