@Michael Lewis There are a couple ways you can set up notifications. 1. You can set up an SMS internal notification that could send the gym staff a text every time some one makes an appointment but like Jaime said that will eventually get annoying if your sales really pick up. 2 . The more efficient way would be to set up an opportunity pipeline with stages:Lead, Booked Appointment, Attended Appointment , etc. Then set up workflow automations. 1 Add the update opportunity pipeline action to your appointment reminder automation add update the opportunity pipeline stage to appointment booked. Make another workflow automation with Customer Replied with the Reply channel being webchat, create an action of update opportunity pipeline and update to the appropriate stage within the pipeline you set up.. That way the Gym staff can monitor everything through opportunity pipelines and no need for individual notifications. Hope that helps 😊

@Keagan Van Rensburg you can also set up an sms internal notification automation that can pull in the message content, contact, business location, etc (whatever details you want). This helps me to go right to Lead Connector App, go right to the client account I am managing and respond to the contact quickly if I need to.
