Next Gathering: Fritta!
So in Italia a “fritta” is part pie, part quiche TUTTO DELIZIOSO🤌🏼 My Nonna would take “leftovers” from the fridge and create a completely new dish! Our next Cooking Gathering is Tuesday 12/2 at 6:30pm. This dish has very little prep and even if you move veryyyyy slow - molto molto lento, it will take no longer than 60 minutes. Rise & SHINE! Here on the East Coast, it’s literally like Christmas morning for the weather people! NOR EASTER! HEAVY RAIN! FLOODING! HIGH WINDS! Oh my! Ok relax it’s raining! Why am I bringing this up? Perspective. Mindset. Look out your window. What do YOU see? I LOVE rainy days. To me it’s not doom & gloom. It’s a day to stay in, slow down, take care of things you might be avoiding. Read, listen to music or a podcast, PLAN your week! CREATE your world. Do not let the meteorologists or politicians or ANYONE or any situation control your world or mindset, attitude. I love Sunday mornings because I CREATE my week. I write out everything that I will manifest - do. This is a beautiful ritual that I’ve been doing for most of my life. Instead of letting what you see in your OUTSIDE world dictate your week, create what you want, SEE what you want, who you are INSIDE. Want BE HEALTHIER? Think and BE Health. Plan your exercise time, eat healthier, drink lots of water, GO TO BED EARLY Plan your meals & create you grocery list. Starting one week from today,(Sunday,10/19) we complete a 30 day challenge TOGETHER! There will be incentives & prizes for participation! Comment below: I AM ALL IN! I will send you details!
