Day 24 - My health character is Solena Vitalis, representing serenity, calm, light, vitality, energy, and longevity. Today she is strong, happy, and full of vitality. She lives a life of intention with daily rituals, systems, core beliefs, and super powers—all written out. Now on to Day 25. 🙌🏻
