@Filip Swennen I would like to explain how the project is developing. The initial idea is to bring together small academies and dojos, or groups that share the same vision and way of thinking as we do. At the moment, there are supposedly five academies working together, with a total of around 40 to 50 people. However, the largest core comes from my own academy, representing approximately 50% of the total members. The participation of the other groups is more variable, and they are not yet fully committed because the project is still in its early stages. As a result, I am currently the one carrying most of the responsibility and pushing the project forward. I understand that this is normal at the beginning of any new initiative. One of the goals of this project is also to help promote and support the growth of Rishinjuku in Uruguay through this network and the work we are building together. My hope is that once the results of our work start to become visible, everyone will become more involved and we will all begin pushing in the same direction together.
