February 2026 releases
Hello everyone, drop your February releases down below if you want, I wanna hear them :) https://open.spotify.com/track/4K9WxOYPQPpcbl5Djs6Z1H?si=4730b659f51240f7 This is 'lingering memories' - a bit of a different vibe than usually I'm curious what you think about it. I'm not sure yet what I think about the track myself ^^ Hope everyone's doing well & looking forward to some hangout soon! Also sorry for being a bit inactive I'm in exam season right now, but it's only 6 more days :) Simon

@Simon Burkhardt I really like your guitar tone and tape saturation (I presume). Congrats on the new release!
new podcast episode | 2025 recap
this one is a bit different; it's just maja and me (maja being the little dog I'm dog-sitting atm). I'm recapping everything I did in 2025, sharing how much I earned, what worked, what didn't, what I've learned along the way, plus a little preview of what I'll focus on this year. next episode will be with a guest again. if you have any wishes for whom we should invite on the podcast next, please let me know. sending you all relaxed energy from sweden 🦦

@Sebastian Jautschus For a project in the 2-digit listeners range, I'd say the hurdle is discovery and retention to cross the threshold. I'm not doing any promotion right now, but I played around with Meta ads last year. Optimized targeting, triggered Spotify algorithms, had a spike, but gains retracted once the ads went offline. The idea of paying for plays felt strange. I’d like to find a promotion strategy that feels right, more intentional, if that’s even a thing. :) In the meantime, I have a small playlist that gains 1 follower or 2 per week organically and that’s where most of my plays come from. I try to be (and am) appreciative of that.

@Sebastian Jautschus Thank you! I’ll check out the convo.
welcome buddy! introduce yourself + share a pic of your guitar 🎸🦦
let's get to know each other. comment below, sharing a photo of your (current fav) guitar, how you got into making instrumental guitar music, and maybe what you do besides making music. I'm happy to have you here 🫶🏼 PS: oh also please feel free to link your music! PPS: there's also an app of Skool btw. which makes keeping up with what's happening in here a little easier.
