Hi everybody, I hope you're having a fantastic weekend! I just finished going through all of our 2023 class recordings for inclusion in membership tiers and by topic. These recordings alone will add 80 resources to the Kenjutsu Online community. Each class video covers multiple topics, techniques, and principles with a common theme. We'll also continue to add "focus videos" and "train along videos" dedicated to introducing and teaching one particular topic like a drill or technique. Once these resources have been added, we'll continue to add more videos from 2024 and 2025, totaling hundreds of resources for you to learn Nami Ryu kenjutsu and more.

I'm excited to announce our very first LIVE community train-along and Q&A calls next Tuesday! And, to accommodate all of you in different time zones, I've scheduled TWO calls. You're welcome to join one or both. Both Zoom call links are located in a new Classroom section. Be sure to add them to your calendar. On both live calls, you'll be able to ask questions and there will be training in the fundamentals of kenjutsu so you can follow along at the same time (or with the recording, if you can't make one of the calls). Hi everyone! There's a new video on how to fold the hakama. It's a daunting process for any new student or for anyone who hasn't folded one in a while. You can find it under Module 1 in the folder with videos about how to wear the gear. I'll have the video for you soon with how to put on the hakama. Stay tuned! 👹

I began recording videos ever since COVID had us all staying home, and I wanted to give my students a way to keep training and stay connected. I've recorded hundreds of videos since then and I'm recording new content weekly for this community. This art is my passion and my goal is to make kenjutsu, and all the benefits of training, accessible to anyone in the world who wants to learn. As we're getting started, I'll be posting a lot of free resources. For anyone wanting to take their kenjutsu training to the next level with dedicated training over Zoom, that will also be coming soon!
