Meta "stuck" with an Audience Segment
Over the last few Months I have noticed that Meta, depsite using Advantage+ / Open Targeting, is stuck at a certain Audience and everytime I schedule new Ads they go after the same Audience that showed interest in the past of the Ad Account. The audience size is extremely big + we spent about $1M last year in Ads. I have tried a couple of things to combat this: - Excluding all kinds of custom audiences (Purchases / Everyone on the website / even people that viewed the video ads) - Testing different targetings - Completely changing the Angles Whenever I tried this either the Performance was a complete mess OR you could see that in the comments of the Ads its always the same people that have seen the Ads before. So the question is, did anyone of you notice the same at scale and if yes, how did you combat that?

Using Hyros Pixel Data vs Meta Pixel in Campaigns
Hey, I've been testing with the Hyros vs Meta Pixel for a while and I have seen mixed results. Right now I only use the Meta Pixel because in the past it has brought me slightly better Results, however as of now (especially in my Scaling Campaigns) the Pixel has been misfiring even more than before - causing Facebook to shift the spend towards Ads that are not converting. So does anyone have significant Data on the difference it made for you to use the a dedicated Pixel only fed with Hyros Data over a longer period of time?
Anyone faced this issue before?
Having an issue where people are seeing our ads and then googling us to sign up. Some of the time its tracking fb as the original source, some of the time its saying its fully from google. However we have next to no traffic through google apart from direct name search. We know this is from the fb ads, as when we turn off the ads, the google traffic stops. Photo shows examples. I thought someone in here might have encountered similar and managed to work it out?

Since you're tracking your Ads with Hyros, you can either ignore Organic Sources in your Ads (this should remove google searches) or you can simply use a different Attribution setting in your Reports like Scientific or First Click.

Addition: Just read through your post again - is there a possibility that people see your Ad on Facebook and instead of clicking on the Ad right away, they go and google your brand name
What is the current meta?
What are you guys focusing on? EMAIL marketing, Meta ads or X ads?

My main Focus right now is Meta, and we are scaling pretty well right now. But once my systems are in place I'm definitely going to add Google Ads to my Roster. I mean they are running rn but they just seem like retargeting Ads to my Meta Ads

@Luis Mata It depends on your goals and what you want to do. Are you an agency? Are you running an eCom store on your own? There is not the one answer unfortunately
Thanks for having me
Glad to be in this Group! I've been running Facebook Ads since 2017. Since then I spent quite a chunk of money on Ads. It's mainly for eCom but I also got quite a bit of experience for info products. Right now I'm spending about 200k a month on Meta Ads, and in the next few months I'm planning on picking up Google aswell. Looking forward to learning more in here and helping each other out!
