@Matt Sanderson Thanks Matt! Thats correct historical income has been at the $250k mark per year. Yes with the 760 square feet of space to expand you could easily add an addtional 2 bedrooms and still have a nice spot for theatre, golf simulator, arcade etc. At that occupancy size this property would bump to a true league of its own and dominate the market.
