Check out our site plan for our new acre site on Deo Dr., which could include two restaurant outparcels, with the remainder of the site for Flex Office Warehouse. We have someone looking for 10,000 SF for a tire center, a possible bakery that has been in business close by for years, and plenty of other options for Flex tenants. We feel really strongly about how this will create huge equity, cash flow, and depreciation, and will appreciate like crazy over the years, given the location and quality of the finishes we will have.
