Hi @Yogev Lifchin I've seen this happen quite a few times with brand-new Meta ad accounts. Unfortunately, Meta's automated review system can be pretty aggressive, and sometimes accounts get flagged before they even spend a dollar. The first thing I would check is the client's personal profile and Business Manager history. If the profile has previous restrictions, unusual activity, or the account was created recently, that can trigger it. I'd also verify the business information, payment method, domain, and Facebook page are all consistent. If the appeal was already rejected, I wouldn't keep submitting the same request. I'd go through Meta Business Support and push for a manual review, explaining that it's a new account and there hasn't been any ad activity. I've had cases where the first appeal didn't move anything, but getting a human review through support was what finally resolved it.
