Day 5/10: The Price of Freedom
You don’t get freedom because you “want it.” You don’t get freedom because you “know about it.” You don’t even get freedom because you “deserve it.” You get freedom because you earn it. Freedom is a discipline. And here’s the system we’ll be using inside 3X Freedom: The 5-Hour Commitment Block Every Freedom Framework is designed to be completed in 5 hours. 1 hour learning → absorb the lesson. 3 hours implementing → put it into action. 1 hour iterating → refine, troubleshoot, improve. That’s it. No “someday.” No “when I have more time.” Five focused hours, and you move closer to freedom. Choose Your Track Not everyone has the same bandwidth. That’s why we’ve built multiple paths: For those who want to commit to a daily routine: D60 → 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week = 1 Framework a week. D30 → 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week = 1 Framework every two weeks. For those who would prefer commit to time blocking routine: M20 → 20 hours a month = 4 Frameworks a month. M10 → 10 hours a month = 2 Frameworks a month. M5 → 5 hours a month = 1 Framework a month. Freedom is flexible. But it’s not optional. Here’s my promise: If you commit to this rhythm, you will change your life. One framework at a time. One block at a time. 👉 Which track are you committing to? D60, D30, M5, or M10? Comment below and declare it. Hint: We’ll be using the timeblocks you choose to help organize study groups and cohorts so please don’t skip this step!! ---------------- On Friday, October 3rd, at 11:30am PT (2:30pm ET), I’m going LIVE on Zoom to launch the movement you’ve been waiting for. Don’t just watch, show up. This is where freedom starts. I love you. Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4

🚨 The Movement You Asked For Starts Now 🚨
Since I launched this community, I have been asking some very specific questions: 👉 “What would we need to do to keep you coming back daily?” 👉 "What can I do to help you change your life?" 👉 "What is the ONE thing holding you back right now?" Your answers have been loud, clear, and consistent. - Give us value, not fluff. - Keep it actionable. - Hold us accountable. - Build a real community, not just another feed. I'm committed to doing exactly that. And, if I'm being honest, it scares the Sh*t out of me. So I'm going to do what I always do when I'm scared: Force myself into a corner so there's no way out. I'm giving myself 10 business days to build the foundation, and then I'm launching it LIVE. Here's my big, bold promise: Ten days from today I'm going to launch something BIG. I’m going to unveil a system that changes the way you approach life, business, and freedom... forever. - This isn’t another Facebook group. - This isn’t recycled content. - This isn't some guru led ego-fest. This is the beginning of a movement: a community of freedom fighters hell-bent on building lives without limits, businesses with purpose, and a future where we all get to win. This is what I want to commit the next phase of my entrepreneurial life to. And it will be: ✅ FREE FOREVER ✅ No bait and switches ✅ No half-built bridges ✅ No partial solutions ✅ No pay walls I want to change the world. And I want to do it with you. Over the next 10 days, I’ll share the foundational truths you need before we launch. I hope you'll join me on this journey. 📅 Mark your calendar: - October 3rd - 11:30am PT (2:30pm ET) - I'll share a Zoom link the day of the event This is what you asked for. This is what I'm committed to building. This is the start of something that will outlive us all. And it's not mine, it’s ours. Let’s build it together. 👉 Comment below: “I’m ready.” ------------------- Day 1 (this post)

Hey buddy, not sure what the ask is completely yet. If it’s commit to a process of achieving financial freedom so that I can be with my boys and wife and create freedom for us, I couldn’t be more 💯 than that. I’m ready 💪
Intro
Hi everyone, my name is Nick, I’m an ER doctor and run a non-profit I founded about 20 years ago. I also do some real estate on the side. But my primary goal is just to have more time to be a dad. That’s what I have! Given the nature of non-profit (ie not an asset I can sell) I’m trying to scale it get the systems in place that it essentially grows and runs itself. My hope is that if I can do that I’d like to try to launch a tele-urgent care/concierge health clinic off the ground that would allow me to work from home (ie get off the night shift!). When I was in my early 20s it was easier to get an org off the ground, now in my mid 40s with kids and one org to run already I need to work smarter not harder. Better management skills, mastering the funnel, getting better at recruiting and training, that’s what I need!

@Nancy Ma Hi Nancy, we offer service learning tours to college and high schools in Latin America. We have 60ish employees so like any small biz it goes in waves. I’ve recently hired an integrator (from the Traction EOS book) basically he functions as a GM. There are times it doesn’t take much time and others where if someone like the integrator quits a lot falls on my shoulders. So one thing I’m trying to do now is have better plan for replacing anyone who leaves, improving recruiting and coaching up current employees. In the last year I cut back my ER work (120 hrs a month is considered full time, I do only 84/month now to be with my kids more). I think another issue I have is historically I haven’t had an assistant or GM and that killed me. I’m trying to prioritize myself more than I used to and get smarter on how I run the organization.
