Grateful that I have the ability to train year round at home. I don’t have to spend an extra 30+ minutes to “go” train… it also allows our daughters to see the hard work get done in person.

Grateful for a healthy family… even though everyone isn’t 100% (daughter’s broken leg) we have the means to cover the bills and get her back to being a kid.

@Kevin Summers when I have longer runtimes at work I will often sit and doom scroll. I have been doing laps around my shop instead. One bonus of my new shop is I have a flight of stairs so I can get some elevation in with my steps.
