Intro
Hi thank you for including me into your group. I teach beginner ballet and I suspect I am HEDS. I have had quite a few injuries over pretty much forever and most of them are spontaneous and not a pinpointable cause to the injury I have been seeing neurology in hopes of getting some sort of diagnosis but so far no luck. I suspect my hip is slightly out of place causing balance issues and something is possibly pulled in my shoulder region.

GW101: Basic 3 Movements (seiza rockers,toe tuck,rockers and bow hip stretch)
Any thoughts? Before I try to move to GW102. I’ve been doing these for two weeks now.

1. Child rockers look good! Continue to work on pressing your heel bones away from each other and keep your eyes up. 2. Toe tuck rockers: get your feet closer together, 1 fist apart. 3. Bow hip stretch: decrease the angle of your front leg, its not a pigeon stretch, line up your shin with the angle of the mat! I’d spend 1 more week on phase 1 beginner, then move to advanced!
