We want to celebrate your wins along the way! STEP 2: Start in the Classroom ๐ Head to the "Classroom" tab โ Welcome Section to learn exactly how to maximize this program. STEP 3: Begin Your Phase 1 Journey ๐ Work through the Phase 1 daily workout PDF until you hit ALL the milestones for each exercise. Only then do you progress to Phase 2. This milestone system ensures you build a bulletproof foundation! STEP 4: Get Your Form Checked ๐ฅ At the START of each new phase, film yourself doing each exercise and post in the community. I'll personally review and give you feedback to guarantee your success. STEP 5: Ask Questions & Share Wins๐ช Post questions in the community (everyone learns!) and celebrate your progress.
