Any Good Reads?
What's one book, podcast, or show that changed how you think? Mine is The One Thing by Gary Keller. The big takeaway for me was that there's always a long to-do list, but the move is to prioritize the things that make everything else easier or faster. To this day, I wake up every morning and pick one to three tasks that do exactly that. It basically helps me get out of my own way. What's yours? And what stayed with you from it?

“The Power of Enough” by Elizabeth Husserl really changed the way I think about and relate to money. And that true wealth is related to connectedness, belonging, and satisfaction. Before she wrote this book she was my husband and my financial advisor and I did a course with her called “Conversations with Money” In that course, it was the tipping point for me, going from wanting to be a coach after I changed majors in college to finally doing it. There are so many great exercises in the book that were from the course I took, and it's such a powerful way to be in conversation with money rather than avoiding it or seeing how it feels. I totally encourage you to do the exercises and read it! It might not be a gym book, but it's definitely worth checking out! And her voice is so soothing that I recommend the audiobook too!
