I found shaking medicine to be the most accesssible way to change my state & regulate my system after trying many modalities. I love how primal it is, it feels like a connection to so many ancient traditions we have become disconnected from & feels much like coming home. I’d highly recommend both the classses & teacher training. Just start where you are & it gently meets you, allowing so much inner freedom. Keith is a wonderful teacher/mentor, his enthusiasm & approachability are an added gift.
