I love models, frameworks, philosophies and so much to help us understand our own preferences, which then makes it simpler to create a life we love. I have just published the first of three guides explaining exactly how to repurpose podcast content into short form vertical videos. This step-by-step guide will make the process easy to follow. In the following days and weeks, I will be publishing more step-by-step guides to produce different styles of repurposed videos. How is everyone doing and how is your show coming along?

Most podcast creators post every week and still don't grow. Not because their content is bad, because nobody ever sees it. The algorithm doesn't push long-form to strangers. It pushes short clips. One 60-second Clip from your episode can reach millions of people who've never heard of you. You don't need more content. You need to multiply what you already have.

Hi Everyone, I had a great session with @Michael Campbell tonight. I consider him to be my Podcast Coach. Based upon his recommendation I signed up for Descript because I needed a simple and effective way to edit and add music to my podcast. I don’t have a lot of time and the key is consistency and laying the foundation and investing in yourself to learn new things. True story years ago when I had a talkshow and radio show I was paying people to add my intro and outro and b roll. I was paying per episode and probably created well over 150 shows including summits. A lot of money I spent to do it. Some people took advantage of me and was trying to charge me $75 per episode up to an hour. Some charged less. I even asked some to educate me on how to do it. There was always an excuse and I fired them. Had they assisted me there were other projects they could have worked on and been paid.. We have to be careful how we treat others because you never know when you will need assistance. I spent thirty minutes tonight with Micheal and he walked me through how to add music and edit my text. I am very appreciative. After the 30 min session ended I recorded a new episode in Descript and edited and added music. Will review it again tomorrow and then release it for distribution. The music is royalty free so no copyright violation. So glad I found this group because I made up my mind podcasting is my future. With Descript I can record using the software, create graphics , add music and a whole lot more. There is a free account but I upgraded to the paid account. I am so excited to know how to edit and add music. I already have a plan to enhance my podcast and find sponsors. I am making steady process and always willing to jump in to explore what I need an how to get there. Sometimes it’s small steps. Michael is a huge support and i am ecstatic that we have this wonderful group for support. If you want to elevate your podcast or start one now is the time. 😆
