My name is Nathaniel. I Reside in Morristown, TN, but am originally from Texas. I am an aspiring leader as i am not one currently, accept to that of my wife and son. I have a lot of work to do, because my history was anger towards others and belittlement of them. I want to build-up, encourage, provide value, and bring people together to accomplish common goals. In Leadership, I am going to focus on my immediate points of contacts, my co-workers and family. Being intentional with them and instilling value and appreciation for them. Random facts about me are: I'm constantly consuming content about business, leadership and self development. I love the outdoors. I like to working with my hands.
