Our cancellation system, making it harder for our clients to leave than it is for them to join. Requiring an exit interview and a cancellation fee. Gives us the opportunity to learn what we can do better in the future & save as many clients that are leaving.

Tips?

Hey guys, I am a sophomore college swimmer right now, and I would like to start a swim school when I get out of college. I am an assistant coach at a summer league team that is very small (less than 50 swimmers) during the summer. I wanted to know if anyone had any tips or anything I could be doing now to help me in the future! Thanks and I can’t wait to learn with yall.

@Onika Moses thanks for the info!! I don’t know if anything that is totally automated. Our CRM lets us upload progress reports of our students and then the parents can log in and see. We used to have 7ish competencies that a student had to be proficient in before they could move up to the next level, we simplified it and changed it to 3 for each level to create less admin work for our teachers.
