I was able to secure a SoFi loan for $25K with "no docs" to pay down some of my CC debt. I used my LLC name for my employer. Income of $80K. Job "Executive/Management Professional". Tried a few other pre-qualified loans but was denied. Awhile ago I shared what I considered a win when EXP went from 634 to 733 in less than a month. TRA and EQU stayed at 632. This was around mid month of May when I saw that change last month. I know the credit bureaus can move slow. So I was patient!
