Hi all! I'm Nate. I'm 30. Originally from Baltimore, MD I have been living in LA for the last year and a half. I'm love acting, meditating, learning and practice buddhism (just started), therapy, nature especially hiking and the beach (the latter being my safe place). I love trying new cuisines. Next week I will be 1 year sober from alcohol and 49 days sober from weed. I moved to LA knowing no one with no job lined up. There have been many ups and downs but I am so proud of myself for all the experiences. I have been single for a long time. I came out two years ago after I decided I couldn't live in shame and hiding anymore. I have struggled with loneliness since I was little but am learning to accept and love that part of myself. I am a deeply hopeful romantic. I have a big, honest open heart and I know that anyone would be LUCKY to have me as a partner. Vulnerability is my superpower and taking care of myself is essential if I am going to pour into others. I have gotten back on the dating apps after mostly speed dating. Trusting the timing of my life has been hard but I know the only way out is through. What I'm searching for is searching for me. As they say "let go or be dragged". Grateful for this group and excited to meet you. Say hey!
